As we scale, we're looking for a Product Marketing Executive to take the lead on outbound-focused marketing initiatives that validate demand and build a consistent pipeline across key industries. This is a hands-on, executional role that works closely with our Product Marketing Manager, Sales, and Growth teams to connect our solutions to the right audiences through targeted outreach and personalized campaigns.
Your Role: Driving Demand with Smart Outbound
As a Product Marketing Executive, your mission is to support our Go-to-Market efforts by executing targeted outbound campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of HR, Talent Acquisition, and People leaders in key verticals. You'll bring campaigns to life through channels like email, LinkedIn, and video — and help us refine our messaging through real-world engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Campaign Execution & B2B Lead Generation
- Plan and run personalized cold email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up workflows to generate high-quality B2B leads in key verticals.
- Drive top-of-funnel activity by executing targeted outbound campaigns that engage HR and Talent leaders.
- Design and send persona-specific video demo snippets to highlight Wiggli's value across different industries.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (open rate, reply rate, conversion rate) to optimize lead quality and conversion.
- Support the Growth team in qualifying outbound leads, routing them to Sales, and monitoring engagement.
Industry-Focused Messaging & Content
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to tailor messaging by vertical and buyer persona (e.g. HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Leads, CHROs).
- Assist in creating short-form sales collateral (mini decks, one-pagers, outreach templates) for industry-specific campaigns.
Pipeline & Market Validation
- Support the GTM team in testing new verticals and capturing feedback from outbound engagement.
- Work with Sales and Growth teams to validate resonance and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Document insights from conversations and campaigns to inform product positioning and content strategy.
Sales Enablement Support
- Help prepare and maintain sales kits, tailored talking points, objection-handling sheets, and product demo scripts.
- Ensure outbound reps have fresh, relevant materials for each campaign and vertical.
