As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how Talent Acquisition professionals discover, engage with, and trust our brand. Your work will ensure that our solutions resonate with HR leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers as they navigate today’s competitive hiring landscape.

  • Establish & Execute Go-to-market strategies – Define our positioning, messaging, and launch strategies to ensure we stand out in the HR tech space.
  • Drive Lead Generation & Revenue Growth – Partner with Growth & Sales teams to attract talent acquisition leaders through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Shape a Compelling Brand Narrative – Craft messaging that speaks directly to our ICPs paint points, highlighting how we streamline hiring and optimize talent management.
  • Create Thought Leadership & Educational Content – Develop case studies, reports, and insights that position us as a trusted advisor in recruitment technology.
  • Enhance Sales Enablement – Equip our sales teams with tailored battle cards, product demos, and content that help them engage effectively with HR decision-makers.
  • Optimize Demand Generation – Collaborate with Growth teams to refine SEO, PPC, ABM, and inbound strategies that target HR and recruitment professionals.
  • Boost Customer Adoption & Retention – Create feature adoption campaigns, webinars, and community engagement initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships with HR teams.

Your work will be instrumental in building a brand that Talent Acquisition professionals trust, ensuring we become a go-to solution in the rapidly evolving HR tech landscape.

  • Leverage 5-8 years of experience in Product Marketing to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and support sales initiatives to significantly impact revenue growth.
  • Utilize strong expertise in go-to-market strategy, messaging, and demand generation to position our products effectively.
  • Manage a team and collaborate with external consultants while working cross-functionally with sales, product, and growth marketing teams.
  • Apply hands-on experience with HR Tech buyer personas, including CHROs, HR Managers, and Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Employ strong analytical skills to measure the impact of MQL pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Communicate effectively, crafting compelling narratives, presentations, and sales collateral that resonate with our target audience.
